New 4-H dog club
CANFIELD — There will be a meeting of the Steel Valley K-9s, a new 4-H dog club, at 7 p.m. Thursday, at Lord of LIfe Lutheran Church, 550 North Broad St. (state Route 46).
4-H is open to all youth ages 5 to 19 years. Steel Valley K-9s will be training members on how to work with their dogs on basic obedience, agility, grooming and handling, dog care, showmanship and rally obedience. The club will be participating in the Haunted Hayride at Boardman Park.
