I think he went a little overboard. I think a big man kicking and tasering an umarmed woman 7 times shows just how much of a coward he is.

Now he is in the news again?? He decided it would be best to send his partner away after stopping a man and a woman in a car. Made the man lay down on the sidewalk,stood on his hands and tazed the heck out of him to the point he could Not stop twitching.
They said he is on suspension without pay pending investigation. I hope they bust this cop good. There is no need for the Overzealous actions of this police Officer. But Of Course that is Warren where they get away with everything. including the Chief.(remember the video of the 77 club?)
