Why don't they offer a free bus ride to anyone that wants to attend the meeting?

By anyone I'm referring to the general population not those employees that are getting paid to be there.

Past meetings were held at 3:00 p.m.  I wonder why this meeting was moved to 1:00 p.m.

I don't think the media covers these public meetings.

Well a 1:00 meeting will let them finish the day 2 hrs earlier than a 3:00 meeting.
