Does this only happen in Youngstown?
Groups of people will carry on a conversation in a doorway, in an aisle or any other narrow passageway in a room. This practice forces other people to have to say "excuse me" in order to get through the congested area.
And at the store. How many times I've run into people blocking isles talking to others; on their phones; or examining every can before they finally either choose one or move on.
