Title: Unusual Weather May Affect Rocky Ridge Maple Syrup Production

Recent changes in Youngstown's weather may cause local sugar maple trees to produce maple sap much earlier this year.  This may force the Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Association to start maple syrup production a month earlier than in previous years.

How would that impact taste?
Would that impact just how much Syrup they could get?
Would that impact cost?
