On Wednesday, March 21,2007, at 7:00pm, the Southern Block Watch will Have Vinko Kucinic, Criminal Intelligence Supervisor, Ohio BCI as their guest. He is recognized nationally as an expert and speaker on gangs, especially awareness and identification. As our block watch prepares to "take it to the streets" we realize we must first be educated on what to look for - it is much better than "flying blind".
