A company wants to buy Youngstown's water system for $50 million dollars.

I'm torn about this:


PRO: It would save Youngstown a whole lot of money by reducing all the expenses that go with all the workers.


CON: What's to keep te company from raising the water rates every time they turn around?

Glad to see the new mayor isn't stupid. I could see lots of politicians just looking at the money their city would  get from selling it and not worry about the future.
