Marchers for parade
YOUNGSTOWN
The City of Youngstown seeks applications for participants in its holiday parade and Christmas tree lighting scheduled for Dec. 1.
Five area marching bands and multiple floats already have registered to participate in the parade sponsored by Home Savings Bank.

Parade viewers are needed as well.....Some parts of the parade route are empty of spectators!!!!!!

They must be finding it difficult to find participants. :o :o
