The demolition of the old industrial laundry facility at the corner of W. Rayen and North Avenue has been going on for weeks. This is a photo of the last portion of the building on W. Rayen next to Holy Trinity Church.
Jay,
What is this demolished area going to turn into? Corey and I were interested with the building across the street from it, because we thought it looked like an old school, but when talking with Ohio One Corp they said it was the originial old amary (sp) building.
I heard that YSU bought the land where this old laundry facility used to stand...true/false?
