Title: Tacky Fence Repair On West Federal

One of the outdoor dining areas located on the sidewalk along West Federal Street has a missing section of fence.

How was the fence repaired?

Someone closed the fence gap by stringing together dozens of zip ties to for a chain.   It looks tacky.   :P
