The Yogurt Corner inside 20 Federal Place has been closed for about a week.
Why?

I believe they are closed permanently :'( .  The week of May 8th they had no frozen yogurt, due to a mix up on the order?!?.  That Friday I talked to Joyce and she said she probably would not be open again, was waiting to hear from the owner.

Capitol Grill - love their Southwest Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Emon's Lebanese Food - haven't tried, have to be careful of MSG
Mocha Boca Coffee Shop - tried once, won't go back
New Seasonings - haven't tried, haven't heard good reviews

Speaking of Subway, I just gave a friend a sheet of Subway coupons that arrived at my home the other day.
