Look at the flag at the Firemen's Memorial across from the No.1 Fire Station.
fire chief oneil should be notified immediately for a replacement.
the flag should had been replaced by now according to fire chief john oneil's secretary. :)
Look at the flag on the south ave. bridge across from the post office.....talk about bad!!!!!! (but the city will probably have to raise water rates to have the flags replaced)
