Title: DUI under the influence of coffee arrest
Post by: JoyceFarrell on December 25, 2016, 07:54:14 AM
Could this happen here?

You stop at a restaurant for breakfast on your way to work ... 2 cups of coffee, a fried egg sunny side up and toast.

After you've finished, paid your bill, left the  restaurant, got into your car and head off to your job.

You get a couple of blocks when you are pulled over by a copper, and arrested on DUI charges and taken to the slammer where you are tested for drugs.

The ONLY drug in your system is caffeine from the coffee you had for breakfast.

The Prosecutor wants to throw the book at you for driving under the influence of coffee.

Can never happen you say? Well shut your mouth and think again because that was exactly what happened out in California
