There is a small building at the corner of Mahoning Avenue and Hogue Street near downtown Youngstown. The building has been vacant for decades and was once a paint store. I noticed this past week that a roofing company is either repairing the roof or installing a new roof on the building.
Does anyone know if a new business is taking over this old building?
Chatted with the owner's daughter years ago. Owner was just using it for junk storage. They finally paid the delinquent taxes on it. She said she wanted to use it for her education program she was running. Her group won that first youngstown soup. I forget the name.
