Apparently this Clown thing has reached the Mahoning Valley.(spotted in Canfield) .People dress up as clowns and walk around...OK, seriously, they have been doing this forever in Youngstown...iwasthere please sound in on this :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
Iwasthere claims the clowns meet on Wednesday, October 5, 5:30 p.m., on the sixth floor of city hall.
