Title: Unusual Neighborhood Complaint

I overheard a Youngstown resident complain about a neighbor's recent handicap ramp construction.  The ramp does not double back in front of the porch like most ramps.  It projects out into the front yard (about half way) then doubles back to the front porch.

It is ugly as hell but not something i'd complain about.
