Kind of strange

I was there for a few hours and did not see one city councilman.

This event took place in the seventh ward.  Did anyone in attendance see the seventh ward councilmember during the day?

the council reps showed up when there was two for one bake sale at the end of the day. it was a sight to see, pushing and shoving and name calling and chairs being bashed on each of the reps head for a loaf of brd that sold for 40 cents and cookies for a nickel a piece. fr. polando was beside himself when an elderly lady kick him in his shins for the last of the truffles. the last thing I saw of this lady that she was being drag off by the Vatican swiss army soldiers. I heard French being talked and thrown between the old lady and guards and the council reps. :o
