Title: Downtown Homeless Camps To Be Removed
Post by: jay on June 21, 2016, 09:20:37 PM
The police chief has started to dismantle the homeless camps under the bridges at the west end of downtown Youngstown.

Why did the city administration wait so long to take this action?
