This past weekend, a story in the newspaper indicated that the voters of Campbell will see 14 charter review amendments on the ballot.
Youngstown's Charter Review Commission, on the other hand, only wants to place a few charter amendments on the ballot in November.
Why can't the voters of Youngstown be trusted to correct multiple flaws in the Youngstown City Charter?
this will happen when ytown citizens get off their lazy duffs and partake in the elections that affect the running of this city. McNally should had gone to all sides of the city then ask the blockwatches and other civic minded groups for people's names to seat on this charter review committee instead of political cronies.
