Title: RRNA Awaits The Arrival Of The Monarch Butterflies
Post by: jay on June 06, 2016, 05:23:20 AM
The Rocky Ridge Neighborhood's milkweed patch is awaiting the arrival of Monarch Butterflies.  It is hoped that several Monarch Butterflies start their life cycle at the patch this year.

If you would like to see the milkweed patch, I'll contact you in a few weeks when the milkweed starts to set flowers.

I saw a butterfly at the garden on Tuesday, June 5.  I couldn't get close enough to tell if it was a Monarch or a Viceroy.
