Title: Very Old Downtown Sewer To Be Replaced

The city is getting ready to replace a 100 year old brick sewer that runs though downtown Youngstown near the Convocation Centre.

The picture shows a necessary clean up and not a replacement job.

The picture was pulled from the internet and is not the sewer in Youngstown.
