Title: The New Downtown Dining Hall

The new downtown dining hall is rapidly taking shape.  This week the iron work was completely installed and the exterior walls have been put in place.  The dining hall is on the property where the old REA building was located.

It was just west of the B&O tracks between Marshal Street and Mahoning Avenue.
