Friday, December 8, is the first day of the recent voter-passed ban on smoking in public places. Many citizens who were bothered by smoke are planning to dine out that day.

I heard on WFMJ's news this evening that this is not going to be enforced yet due to a lawsuit. It was agreed that they would wait until actual rules are made by the state. I couldn't find the full story on their website but it was just on the 11 news so it should be on their site by morning.
