It's been snowing in Youngstown since 8:00 p.m. last night. The snow is wet and heavy. We have about 8 inches on the ground already and it is expected to snow for another 5 hours (till noon).
Be careful if you have to shovel and be careful if you have to drive anywhere.
As of a half hour ago I had 9 inches of snow at my house.
Cars are getting stuck in the street because the snow plows have not been here so far.
