Title: City Saves A Bundle
Post by: jay on January 20, 2016, 08:31:24 PM
I just learned that the City of Youngstown saved a bundle of money toward the end of 2015.  The lower price for gasoline saved a few hundred thousand.  The warm weather in December saved a lot of money on road salt.
