Speculation

If Bosia is sworn in two days before the other three new councilmen, will she have an advantage if seniority is a consideration in committee assignments?

Although Councilwoman Adamczak took the oath of office on Monday, she also attended the ceremony today for the other council members.  Why didn't she take the oath today?

Councilwoman Anita Davis did not take her oath of office with the other five council members today.  Her oath of office was administered by Clerk of Courts Sarah Brown Clark.
WHY?

It's up to the discretion of the elected representatives to pick a person to administer the oath of office to them. I found it to be grand standing in front of her colleagues. Ad has admitted in the past that she has an ego to boost and feed.
