What an amazing collection of ideas for a revitalized and modernized downtown Youngstown.
The event should have been named the 2099 Plan.
these plans can come true if you had competent and experience and financially connected to the business personnel in the economic development department.
It's great to read about young, bright, motivated people with visions of what
the future could bring. Downtown has come VERY far since I left Youngstown,
let's all hope they keep up the momentum and the good work. Especially the
technology stuff.
