Something unusual happened at the city council meeting on Wednesday, December 2. Fifth Ward Councilman Paul Drennen voted "NO" on two pieces of legislation while his colleges voted "YES".

What was the legislation he disagreed with the others on?

As to why someone else votes the way they vote... why not ask THEM?
