Another Historic North Side Exclusive Event
From 3rd Ward Councilman, Nate Pinkard:
"Please pass the word that the annual 3rd ward tour of lights will be held on Thursday, December 10th, beginning at 5:30 pm. A bus will be touring all of the north side neighborhoods to view the beautiful holiday decorations. The bus will be full of folks from all over Youngstown, and even the Mahoning Valley. We encourage our north side neighbors who are so inclined to please decorate their homes and join in making the north side neighborhoods shine bright!
