It was owned by a very wealthy family of great note.

Time is up. This was the Tod Carrage House that became the first home for the Youngstown Players who would perform there until they later purchased the Market Street Theater, on Market Street where they performeduntil the current Youngstown Playhouse was built.

Governor Tod had an estate in Briar Hill... I don't know the exact location.
