8 years on council and Tarpley still doesn't have her act together as a president of pro template when she is poc.

Her prodigy, Anita Davis is not any better for the command of the English language in her dialogue with the public. GOD NOT ONLY SAVE THE QUEEN BUT YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO.
