Time for another reminder to Senators and Ryan that we may be getting older but we are still watching them....
That REALLY sucks.... I've said in the past that this country needs to take better care of
our older people. The vast majority of whom worked hard their entire lives, played by
the rules, paid their taxes (and then some) and don't deserve to GET THE SHAFT.
There is a McDonalds near my house that has a really nice, older Japanese guy working
there who is almost EIGHTY. He works because he cannot afford to get by on just his
pension and Social security.
He is always cheerful and polite and never complains - I have a lot of respect for him.
