The old West Side Library will be demolished and replaced with a new library thanks to the generous donation of $1,680,000 from the Michael Kasalaba Fund of the Youngstown Foundation. Mr. Kasalaba was a 1964 graduate of Chaney High School. He was a patron of the West Side Library throughout his life.
