See the story in the Monday, November 6, newspaper. A woman was shot several times from a passing car as she drove south on 680 through Youngstown. Although she survived, this could have easily been another homicide. This crime did not happen in a bad area.

Just plain stupid. Another reason so many people don't want to come near Youngstown. They see these unsolicited events and want nothing to do with YT.
