Title: Waitress on Roller Skates
Post by: jay on November 06, 2006, 08:48:07 PM
I recently dined at the County Maigh Eo, 706 Steel Street, on the west side of Youngstown.  This a very interesting place.  The waitress traveled from table to table on roller skates.  The restaurant/bar serves both traditional Irish and American foods.  The kitchen is open Monday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Sounds interesting.  Was the food decent?  How about cost?

Just a few more observations about County Maigh Eo

The doors are always locked.  The operator will "buzz you in" after you press the door bell.
A motorcycle was parked inside with a for sale sign on it.
There are several TVs to watch.
The business also has a juke box.
They offer sweet potato fries as well as regular potato fries.

A few examples of menu items
Shepherd's Pie $6.50
Corned Beef & Cabbage $5.00
Ceapach Dubh an La $6.00
Chicken or Steak Wrap with fries $6.00
Grilled Meatloaf with fries $5.00
