Title: Voting
Post by: Towntalk on November 04, 2006, 10:04:09 AM
The news media is reporting that they expect major problems in Tuesday's election due to Electronic Voting, and some 7000 lawyers have been assigned the task of observing the election.

Please ... if you have any problems when you go to vote, let us know, because there is so much at stake both for the valley and the state.

On my web site, I have headlined about 12 articles expressing concern about E-Voting that everyone should read carefully before going to vote.

There was a long line at my precinct.  The poll workers claimed that two of the voting machines wouldn't work properly.

I did not like where the voting machines were located.  People standing in line to vote could easily see how the voters at the first two machines were voting.  The voting machines should have been positioned away from the line or turned in the opposite direction.

Bring back the paper ballot!
