I am going to reserve any comment about this to a very limited number of people because IF I were to say it here, it could be constituted as HATE SPEECH because some people just can not or will not understand what democracy really means, and will attack anyone who doesn't agree with them.

They will be smacked down and the lawsuit thrown out of court, most likely. The state
supreme court has already ruled that local jurisdictions cannot pass ordinances that
attempt to overrule the state's governing agency [ODNR ] for Fracking stuff.
But... let them try.... if they wanna argue and pursue frivilous litigation, that is their
right, however futile that excercise may prove to be.
I really don't see the point of what they are doing since we have been living here with oil and gas development for several years and we are all still alive, many more people have jobs and the area has increased in wealth. There are other motives behind what they do, because it is not to "save" the valley.
That's because they are ANTIESTABLISHMENTARIANS. By the way that is a word.
