Title: Eastgate Moving Back to Downtown Youngstown

The Eastgate Regional Council of Governments will soon move back to downtown Youngstown. It is hoped that the move will be completed by December. Eastgate's offices had been located on Mahoning Avenue in Austintown for several years.
