Why can't we have an event like this here in Youngstown. The photo is a motorcycle event going on right now (July 18, 2015 at 11:36 AM EDT in Erie Pennsylvania, United States of America)

We used to have grand parades and celebrations....I don't understand what happened to them while i was gone away...

There is a motorcycle run in the fall, I believe, for fallen officers.
