The new "Little Free Library" on the second floor of Lowellville City hall is open as of today>

what were the reasons that Lowellville residents did not save their beautiful library?

Lowellville Library was closed shortly after I moved here. I was only able to visit it one time.... I don't remember why the county closed it....The building was a Funeral home for a while and now is the office of an asphalt company...
