Title: EGG RATIONING
Post by: Towntalk on June 06, 2015, 10:07:12 AM
Have our local stores started rationing eggs? How trustworthy are eggs sold at local farmers markets? Are they being handled properly by having themkept in coolers or are they just standing unrefrigerated on counters?

Small flocks on many remote farms are less likely to have the problem that may occur on a mega farm with tens of thousands of chickens.
