This is inevitable as more and more retirees and elderly pass away, people
who worked their entire adult lives and are now living on a pension and/or social
security.
Solution? Who knows...there are already so many vacant homes in the
city. In the nicer parts of the west side, the homes would be a little
easier to market, one would think.
The sad part of it is that when I was in high school we lived on Halls Heights and it was really a nice street then.
I feel you, Towntalk.....when I was in high school I lived in the Parkway Tower,
and it was fully occupied and in good shape......
