The Dump The Pump ride coupons appeared in the Youngstown newspaper over the weekend.

We used to have a downtown trolley servicing the downtown area.  Maybe it's time to place a new Federal Street trolley into service to move people to and from parking lots that are located just a little farther away from the main business district.
