This is a great article...i've said in the past that "critical mass" is needed
to bring the downtown back to life and that once there were more residents
things like a grocery store will become much more likely. 

Articles like this are showing people outside the area that Youngstown
is coming back to life and that it CAN be done.

I was glad to read that the residential population is still rising.  The hotel
and outdoor amphitheater/riverwalk projects will do a lot for the
downtown if they come to fruition.

Downtown sorely NEEDS a park or green space area and putting this
along the river could be quite beautiful.
