They'd better put some air conditioning in that building.

The logical place to relocate the Muny Court would be the 3rd floor of the Annex since that is the floor that the Federal Courts were located whn they were in that building, and there were two Courtrooms as well as all the other rooms associated with the Federal Courts. The one drawback is that the U.S. District Courtroom is large ... almost as large as the City Council chambers and can not be subdivided due to it's location. The former U.S. Marshall's office is on that floor and there are 2 holding cells located in it,and it is located across the hall from the Courtroom. If they need 3 courtrooms, across the hall from the former Bankruptcy Courtroom is a large room that was a part of the Bankruptcy Court that couldbe made into the third Courtroom. The Clerk of Courts office, the Judges Chambers, the Federal Prosecutor's offices etc. are clustered around the former District Courtroom and if more room is needed there is plenty of room available in the former Civil Service suite which was also located on the Third Floor.
