AS OF 6:28 PM POLICE ARE AT THE SCENE OF A SHOOTING AT THE CORNER OF ELM AND MADISON. FROM THE VIDEO SHOWN ON WKBN, IT LOOKS LIKE THE VICTEM'S WHITE SUV CRASHED INTO THE BOOKSTORE. MORE DETAILS ON THE 11:00 PM NEWS. 5/13/2015
