He has 10 signs out total
2 in his own yard to make it look like the yard next to him
One on McCollum
Those are the only 3 I have actually seen
The Rays have seen 10.
My prediction. Mike gets 80% of the vote
Doward was put in by rev simon

I saw a few more yard signs for Mr. Doward.  It's been reported that he has campaign ink pens, business card and other literature.

Mr. Doward ran in 2011.   He received 53 votes that year in a field of three.

How many votes will he receive this time (now a field of two)?

Jay, do you measure a candidate by the stuff he has to pass out (pens, pencles, nail files, blotters, buttons etc.) or his qualifications? Just because a candidate has 100 yard signs out does not say he is going to win, and surely you've been around long enough to know this. A friend of mine has a large collection of campaign trinkets and signs just of losers in local elections dating back to the early 1940's here in Youngstown, and none of that campaign stuff helped them ever win.
