A member of the West Side Coalition is concerned about the large number of homes that are for sale on the west side of Youngstown. Maybe west side members of this forum should compile a list of streets and how many homes are for sale on each.

Change settings for youngstown west, and price from 1k to 1 mil and you'll see 117 listings, including 17 newly posted.
I've also seen a lot of for sale by owner signs going up around the area.
