Of course it didn't find any.  The nature of the spill would not cause water table contamination.

We just killed a few fish and created an oil slick in some wetlands. All is well. Nothing to see here. Move along. Drill baby drill?

Its all about risk vs. benefits.  The benefits of having energy and all that entails vastly outweighs the localized and temporary consequences of a spill.  The land is being cleaned up and in a short time there will be no evidence of a spill.

@Rick:  I concur.....and from the VERY few incidents versus the tremendous
benifits, still worth it.  The energy industry is fairly well regulated, overall.
