That DQ has been in business for over 50 years according to their facebook site.

Actually this past season was their 52nd year. 
Our neighborhood DQ has been for sale for going on 3 years. She has emphatically stated that she will not sell unless she gets the price she wants. (I do not know what that is)
It will be open in February.   ;)

Yes, by the north side pool.  She said she is not selling unless she does get her price.
